KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver portfolio growth targets by executing strategies that increase investment group acquisition, balances, and overall segment revenue.
Drive profitability and revenue performance through effective cross-sell, retention, and yield optimization initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Design and enhance segment propositions tailored to the needs of investment groups with measurable outcomes such as product uptake, penetration rates, and customer adoption.
Strengthen customer relationships and engagement with investment groups, measured through retention rates, wallet share, and satisfaction scores.
Expand segment visibility and reach through targeted outreach initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement, measured by acquisition and brand presence.
Drive execution of segment initiatives in collaboration with internal teams(product, marketing, digital, and operations), ensuring timely delivery against agreed KPIs and campaign targets.
Enable frontline teams through training and support, improving sales productivity, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance by identifying key risks, reviewing audit outcomes, enforcing controls, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
