Job Summary 

The Senior Manager of International Data Technology is responsible for defining and delivering data and reporting initiatives across Papa John’s International (PJI) and its franchisees. The position is responsible to drive the data and reporting strategy, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure adherence to PJI brand standards to enable enhanced profit, mitigation of risk, and improved operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Formulate and manage the Data & Reporting strategy and roadmap for international operations.

  • Assess and evaluate new technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

  • Act as the Data & Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME), maintaining knowledge of market trends and advancements.

  • Project and Product Management:

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for all international reporting solutions.

  • Collaborate with vendors and international markets to prioritize and execute delivery of the roadmaps.

  • Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to highest quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal business units, franchise markets, and senior management.

  • Translate business needs into requirements for data and reporting solutions.

  • Present roadmaps, results, strategies, and decisions to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Data & Reporting team.

  • Oversee prioritization and delivery of business-as-usual (BAU) support requests.

Communication and Advocacy:

  • Ensure clear and transparent communication of International Data & Reporting initiatives across all organizational levels.

  • Influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, franchisees, and external partners.
