Role Purpose 

At The Coca-Cola Company, insights power growth The Senior Manager, Insights supports the delivery of the Insights agenda for a specific category within the Europe Operating Unit. Working closely with the Senior Director, Insights, this role will support the generation and activation of consumer, shopper, and category insights. 

 

This role contributes to the delivery of consumer and category insights to support brand strategy, innovation, and activation for category teams in Europe Operating Unit. The Senior Manager, Insights embeds insights in the category across brand strategy, innovation, creative development, and portfolio choices, while maintaining strong connectivity with the EOU and Global Insights networks. 

 

What You’ll Do for Us 

Lead the Consumer Insights Strategy & Leadership 

  • Support the development and implementation of the Category Insights learning plan in alignment with Global Portfolio and Insights and Category networks. 

  • Delivers the category Insights learning plan, comprising future consumer and shopper tensions and trends, application of behavioral science, consumer segment, cohort and culture understanding. 

  • Apply qualitative, quantitative, and observational methods to uncover consume truths. 

Translate Consumer Understanding into Business Guidance  

  • Support the Senior Director Insights as the single point of accountability in the category for consumer insights, ensuring consistency in global frameworks while keeping them locally relevant to the EU OU. 

  • Dares to be Insights (consumer) voice to each of our stakeholders focusing on Business questions, leveraging the value of the human narrative vs just focusing on numbers and pure marketing research. 

  • Turn human motivations, barriers, and behaviors into actionable recommendations for marketing, commercial, and innovation teams. 

 

Bring Analytical Excellence and NextGen Insight Capabilities 

  • Support category marketing performance analytics to focusing on enabling brand growth. 

  • Integrate multiple data sources—syndicated, shopper, bottler, firstparty digital, and proprietary research—to deliver coherent, holistic insights. 

  • Apply nextgen insight capabilities leveraging AI/ML models, predictive analytics, behavioral science, and digital intelligence to translate signals into actionable business opportunities. 

  • Leverage digital ethnography, social listening, sentiment AI, and cultural intelligence to detect emerging behaviors and whitespace opportunities. 

 

Brand & Innovation Insights Activation 

Provide insights leadership across key marketing processes:  

  • Support innovation opportunity identification, concept development, product and packaging assessment, consumer cocreation and New Product Launch Tracking 

  • Support the development of insights for creative territories; support creative briefing, development, validation, and optimization. 

  • Ensure insights activation that influences senior marketing and commercial decisionmakers. 

 

Lead, Inspire, and Build Capability 

  • Drive a culture of curiosity and learning across the system, acting as the clear, influential voice of the consumer and shopper to marketing teams. 

 

Network & People Leadership 

  • Contribute to the EU OU Category Insights Network and Global OU Human Insights network by sharing learnings, deploying best practices and sometimes leading charter learning plans. 

  • Drives winning culture with inspired, engaged, focused and empowered associates.   

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in Consumer & Shopper Insights, Market Research & Analytics, Category Management or related field; Marketing or Innovation experience is a plus. 

  • Strong understanding of core research methodologies, including agile and innovative approaches. 

  • Ability to synthesize consumer, cultural, and market insights into clear recommendations for the business. 

  • Experience identifying emerging trends and applying frameworks or workshops to translate insights into opportunities. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders across functions. 

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. 

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

EU Pay Transparency:

Italy Base Salary: 56,300 EUR to 74900 EUR

Poland Base Salary 227,000 PTN to 359,000 PTN

Spain Base Salary 65,000 EUR to 83,900 EUR

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the

position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%

Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
