At Ping, we live to be extraordinary and are looking for a Sr Human Resources Manager who is passionate about delivering a world-class employee experience through innovative HR practices and operational excellence. As a Sr HR Manager, you will lead efforts in the EMEA and APAC region to facilitate Human Resources programs across the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, talent management, growth & development, employee engagement and offboarding.

You Will:

  • Act as a champion of Ping culture and mold a workplace aligned with Ping's core values.
  • Lead, coach and develop a global team of HR Business Partners to support and drive the business.
  • Educate and ensure compliance with applicable employment base regulations in the EMEA and APAC region.
  • Build and cultivate strong partnerships to influence and enable a high-performing, engaged workforce, developing new pre-emptive initiatives and resources.
  • Drive global Human Resources efforts supporting the employee lifecycle including onboarding, talent management, growth & development, employee engagement and offboarding.
  • Evaluate and advise on programs to impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of Ping Identians.
  • Guide leaders through employee development, coaching and performance discussions.
  • Partner with managers and employees on employee relations issues to constructively resolve problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Report to the Sr Director of Human Resources.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience leading HR Business Partners.
  • 5+ years of experience in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations and organizational development).
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines; compensation practices, performance management, organizational diagnoses, talent management and respective employment laws.
  • Global experience as a strategic business partner.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills to partner with all levels of the organization including employee relations, coaching, communications and presentations, etc.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including advanced experience working with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
