We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager HR Business Partner supporting multiple regions across EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and the Americas. As a Global and Strategic HR Business Partner, you will operate in a dynamic environment, navigating diverse cultural, legal, and organisational landscapes. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape people strategies that scale internationally, ensuring alignment across a complex multi‑country environment.

While the role requires a UK or Ireland base, it carries global responsibility and will support operations across all regions worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary HRBP for a large division, support Senior leadership and maintaining regular cadence of collaboration via regular 1-1s, leadership meetings and functional team meetings.
  • Partnering with Business Leadership to drive change and deliver shared organizational objectives.
  • Using Market Intelligence and industry knowledge develop and implement tailored ‘People Plans’ supporting business strategy goals around key areas such as Talent Development, Leadership, Performance & Reward, Retention, Organizational Design, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Planning, People Leader Capabilities
  • Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to implement strategic people management programs and initiatives in alignment and support of company and organizational unit goals and objectives.
  • Designing and implementing HR systems and processes that support strategic business aims.
  • Providing coaching and consulting to organizational unit leadership team in order to support the company’s overall objectives and foster and promote the engagement of the company’s core values at all levels.
  • Developing a strong foundation of training, development and succession planning to ensure key capabilities and leadership talent are maintained for organizational unit stability and employee growth opportunities.

Experience:

  • Significant experience in a strategic HRBP role within a large and complex organisation across multiple countries or regions
  • Previous experience working within a Contract Research Organisation (CRO) environment is desirable, however, it is not essential. Candidates who can demonstrate relevant transferable experience and skills from related settings will also be considered.

  • Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders, shape people strategies, and drive organisational performance.
  • Excellent leadership skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in the global environment
  • Proven experience in strategic HR programme delivery, strategic planning, risk management and change management
  • Proficiency in using people analytics to influence business decisions.
  • Ability to interpret workforce insights, trends, and metrics to drive strategy.
  • Talent management strength, to manage global talent reviews
  • The ability to evaluate complex situations accurately, identify creative solutions and make decisions that create successful outcomes for stakeholders.
  • The ability to work in an agile, complex and ever evolving environment
