With over 17M learners and 6,000+ organizations learning daily, DataCamp is a market leader in bridging the data and AI skills gap. Whether you’re fostering enterprise-wide data and AI literacy, developing core data skills, adopting generative AI, switching data warehouses, or navigating the cloud transition—DataCamp offers tailored learning programs to meet your organization’s unique needs.

About you

At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You're adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the "why" behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive net-new registered users and subscribers by identifying and scaling the highest-leverage levers across the acquisition funnel. Stand up and scale acquisition channels (or materially improve existing ones
  • Own growth initiatives end-to-end: problem framing, business case, execution, and optimization. No hand-offs. You carry it until the metric moves. No “strategy hand-offs.”
  • Solve commercially important problems across the business, from monetization model experiments to campaign cadence to new channel launches.
  • Run scenario planning, ROI modeling, and portfolio trade-offs that help to make the right decisions.
  • Lead cross-functionally across product, engineering, data, and marketing through clarity and credibility, not authority.
Qualifications:

We’re looking for unusually versatile generalists who can go deep across multiple areas when needed—analytics, channel execution, creative problem-solving, and shipping

  • You would self-describe yourself as a barrel
  • Ideally 2 to 4 years at top consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG).
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience is strongly preferred. We want people who already know what it feels like to operate without a safety net, not just advise those who do.
  • Data-driven by default. You build models before you build opinions. You pressure-test assumptions with data, not intuition.
  • Action-oriented. You have a bias toward doing. You'd rather ship something imperfect and iterate than spend another week refining the analysis.
  • High agency + high urgency. You don't wait for a brief, a manager's nudge, or perfect information. You identify what matters, make a call, and move.
  • You've delivered outcomes before, not just analyses. We'll ask for specific examples where your work directly changed a result, not just informed a decision-maker.
  • Clear communicator. You can make a complicated trade-off understandable to an executive in two minutes, and you can write a brief that a cross-functional team can act on without a follow-up meeting.
  • You have a strong learning “diet” (podcasts/books/newsletters). We’ll ask what you’re consuming and—more importantly—what you’ve applied recently.
