We are hiring for a hybrid role based at one of our MedTech hub locations: Cincinnati OH, Raynham MA, Westchester PA, Warsaw IN, Raritan NJ.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Global Business Systems is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused leader responsible for end‑to‑end program and product management across a portfolio of global systems (including CVENT, Engage MS Dynamics — full suite, Icertis), the Education Data Lake, and associated analytics/visualization capabilities. This role combines large program leadership (global builds, rollouts and governance), technical systems ownership, vendor and stakeholder management, and data‑driven decision making to deliver scalable, compliant, customer‑centric solutions across multiple regions and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of high‑visibility strategic initiatives in partnership with Technical Product Owner (TPO): define scope, roadmap, deliverables, milestones, budgets and success metrics; ensure timely, on‑budget outcomes.
Act as Global Business Product Owner and Governance Lead for assigned platforms (e.g., CVENT, Engage, Icertis), including backlog prioritization, enhancement releases, maintenance and support.
Direct program management for EngageGlobal (or equivalent large programs): coordinate multi‑workstream system builds (needs assessments, contracting, HCP portal, integrations, data), global region/local market alignment (55 countries), and cross‑functional partner teams.
Oversee vendor and partner delivery: define requirements, manage SOWs, monitor timelines, escalate risks and enforce quality.
Inform the Education Data Lake and associated data pipeline: steward data consolidation, ETL/ingestion, quality, security and access for downstream analytics.
Partner on analytics and visualization efforts (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent): define KPIs, build dashboards, surface insights to inform strategy.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, privacy and security policies across global implementations.
Manage and grow a cross‑functional team (typical team size: ~2-3 direct FTEs; program team size up to 30+ across workstreams).
Foster a collaborative culture, driving alignment across IT, Data & Analytics, Commercial, Compliance and external development partners.
Directly influences customer experience for educational offerings and supports commercial and compliance objectives.
Qualifications:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree (Masters Degree preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, including program/project management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in education operations, development, execution or digital education (or equivalent domain experience).
• Demonstrated experience managing global, multi‑workstream implementations and strategic change initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with data analytics and visualization; comfortable building or overseeing dashboards and deriving business insight from data.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills.
Preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Direct business system management experience (EMRS, CLM, etc)
• Experience with data lake architectures, ETL tools, and data governance.
• Prior experience in MedTech, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience leading Agile development across distributed teams and external vendors.
• Proven ability to apply change delivery methodologies and tools; experienced in business readiness and global stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presence for senior stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize competing demands and deliver under tight timelines.
• Team‑oriented with strong collaboration and people leadership capabilities
Up to 20% travel (domestic and occasional international).

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
