Your Role:

We’re looking for a practical, delivery-oriented Financial Systems Manager to own Cognism’s finance software stack, integrations and automation. You’ll be responsible for the finance systems that power core finance cycles including Quote-to-Invoice, Procure-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Budget, Hire-to-Retire, Compliance-to-Control and Asset-to-Depreciation. Our CRM is Salesforce and our ERP is NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and run the finance systems roadmap - design, implement and maintain systems and integrations.
  • Lead vendor selection, implementation and integration projects.
  • Automate core finance processes and build reconciliations between our CRM, ERP and other systems.
  • Maintain data integrity, master-data governance and monitored integrations.
  • Create requirements, specs, and run UAT; deliver training and documentation.
  • Act as first-line escalation for system incidents and own release/upgrade cycles.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT/Engineering, RevOps, HR and external vendors

Key Requirements:

Must have:

  • 7+ years hands-on experience managing finance systems in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong NetSuite experience (configuration, integration, reconciliation) and Salesforce familiarity.
  • Expertise with middleware/iPaaS and APIs.
  • Technical fluency with data (SQL/CSV/transforms) and automation (scripting/RPA).
  • Track record running vendor implementations and delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation and training skills.

Advantageous:

  • NetSuite admin or consultant certifications.
  • Experience with subscription billing, FP&A tools, HRIS and AP automation.
  • Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or SOX experience.
