Position Overview

This is your chance to join an awesome and empowered team who is passionate about creating impact and has a lot of fun doing it together! With Autodesk Forma, we are on a mission for a better world - literally - by radically improving how the built environment meets the needs of humanity and the climate. By combining AI, 3D, cloud collaboration and automation, customers can find more sustainable, affordable and efficient ways to solve the rising challenges brought on by growing cities, climate change, and global conflict.

As a Senior Manager for Experience Design, in Autodesk Forma, you will discover how we can support a completely new creative process for architects and urban developers. This means helping our users create 3D models by using data-driven insights to make smart design decisions in an easy-to-use and modern web application. You will work closely with product teams in Oslo, Norway, and collaborate closely with designers and product teams in the US and Canada.

About us

We’re on a mission to help design better cities. According to the UN, more than 90% of future population growth will happen in cities. To respond to this trend in a sustainable way, AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry needs a new generation of software tools and disruptive workflows.

We’re building software to help architects, urban planners, and real estate developers find the smartest and most sustainable ways to unlock the potential of any building site. Outcome-based design, which is at the foundation of our product, takes into account living quality, environmental impact, and project profitability.

Spacemaker was acquired by Autodesk in 2020, to be the seed of the next generation of a cloud-based, connected platform for the AEC industry: Forma. We have an extremely exciting journey ahead of us, building out a platform that connects phases and verticals. This is an inspiring journey you don´t want to miss!
