  • Implement long-term content and creator strategies for English-speaking EMEA, under the direction of Twitch leadership, with the intent to increase creator service levels, satisfaction, and income.
  • Lead and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives related to English-speaking creators in EMEA, as well as content crossover and collaborative opportunities with English-speaking creators globally.
  • Manage team’s budget and be responsible and accountable for optimizing the creator portfolio.
  • Track, report, and present relevant performance-related metrics, learnings, programs, and language/region specific progress to senior and executive leadership.
  • Lead a team of high-performing content personnel, provide feedback and development, assess R&R and bandwidth on an on-going basis.

You Have:

  • Experience in leading international teams with a focus on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals
  • Eagerness to dive into details, find creative solutions, and take responsibility for projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to effectively work independently and autonomously in an environment with high levels of ambiguity
  • Ability to thoughtfully escalate problem areas in advance
  • Ability to accurately estimate time to produce results and effectively hold others accountable to dependencies
  • Ability to prioritize based on the needs of the business and stakeholders
  • Ability to make cultural changes to drive mature managerial processes
  • Be a tireless advocate of the needs of our customers - both our creators and users
