Baker Hughes is expanding its Well Construction Autonomous Operations footprint.

Which delivers safe, consistent, and predictable performance across the entire well construction process, from planning to real-time execution, while minimizing human
intervention and driving safety.

As a focused individual with experience managing digital operations, you will ensure all program management activities associated with rolling out the Autonomous Well Construction offering in the Middle East are executed within time and budget. You will closely collaborate Commercial, Well Construction and Digital Operations as well as with product management and technical Leaders, to deliver and deploy the new solution.

As Autonomous Digital Well Construction Program Manager you will be responsible for:

Taking full ownership of Program Management and achieving operational excellence across the program. Leading senior customer engagements both on the commercial and operational levels Leading tendering and pricing of managed services Owning and managing the delivery timelines, budget plans and oversee execution with peers in technical, product management, service delivery, digital operations, and commercial organizations. This is both for operational ramp up as well as steady state operations. Accountable as the primary point of contact for all timeline and budget related aspects. Driving a cross-functional program team and driving accountability to deliver a large-scale complex program. Leading and documenting critical project meetings and ensuring all agreed upon key actions are delivered. Regularly updating all stakeholders on progress Accountable for driving customer value.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an engineering and or business management degree, preferably PhD.

- Have deep understanding of digital product development and AI technology stacks.

- Have 10+ years’ experience in Digital Delivery, in the Technical and/or Commercial and/or Operational space.

- Have experience in managing budgets and cost control for large scale, complex projects within the digital environment.

- Have experience in running Well Construction Operations

- Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

- Have a natural ability to engage, present to and build trusted relationships with customers and senior executive stakeholders.

- Preferably PMP certification. Preferably OFSE Well Construction, RTS, Wireline or Completions Operations background.

- Preferably experience in Digital Key Account Management or Sales. Be fluent in English.
