This position sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, creative and analytics—translating product capabilities and performance data into persuasive narratives that win new business.

The ideal candidate is a strategic individual contributor with deep experience in sales enablement, digital media activation, content creation, and sales processes. You will have a proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies that support both short-term and long-term sales goals as well as interfacing with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI process—partnering with sales, product, marketing, and solutions engineering to craft tailored, high-quality responses that clearly articulate differentiation – for high value opportunities.
  • Ensure that proposal responses reflect Nexxen's value proposition, capabilities, and differentiation, helping the sales team secure new business and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales leadership, marketing, creative, and research teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on RFP content.
  • Oversee a standardized process and template for EMEA RFP responses to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all submissions.
  • Own and maintain the EMEA RFP response library, ensuring consistent voice, updated messaging, and the latest product capabilities.
  • Track RFP performance metrics (win rate, response time, stakeholder feedback) to continuously refine processes and materials.

Create actionable media activation packages

  • Translate complex ad tech offerings into clear, persuasive narratives aligned with client priorities and industry trends.
  • Create sales insights decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks that support proactive selling and competitive positioning around key moments, holidays and tentpole events.

Customer meeting strategy and support

  • Translate data findings into compelling insights, visualizations, and narratives that arm sales teams with persuasive talking points.
  • Design and refine compelling pitch decks, wrap reports, and business review presentations that resonate with clients, driving engagement and influencing buying decisions for existing customers.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to ensure that these presentations are aligned with current messaging, product features, and market trends.
  • Analyze pitch effectiveness, gather feedback from the sales team, and continuously iterate on presentation materials to enhance impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in new business development, sales enablement, sales operations, client services, product marketing or a related field. Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or ad tech industries is highly preferred.
  • Sales Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales enablement tools (e.g., Yesware), and proposal management software.
  • RFP Expertise: Experience in creating and managing RFPs, with a focus on creating compelling proposals that win new business.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for both internal and external audiences. Power Point design skills a plus.
