Corporate Security & Resilience Team
You’ll join CoreWeave’s Global Security & Resilience organization, partnering closely with Executive Protection, GSOC, and cross-functional business leaders to protect our people, facilities, and operations in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
The Senior Manager, Corporate Security will build and lead CoreWeave’s corporate security program with a focus on facility protection, workplace safety, travel security, and risk-informed business enablement. In this role, you’ll establish scalable security standards across corporate offices, support executive and event security efforts, and translate threat intelligence into practical, operational protections. Day to day, you’ll oversee security programs, coordinate with internal and external partners, and drive continuous improvement of policies, training, and response capabilities. This role requires strong operational judgment, hands-on execution, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in physical security program management, facility protection, and protective intelligence integration
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing security measures for offices, events, executive travel, and operational environments
- Demonstrated execution of global protective advances and executive travel security operations, including planning, route and venue assessments, logistics, and on-site execution
- Executive Protection leadership and operational experience, both domestically and internationally
- Experience coordinating with federal, state, local, and international security counterparts (law enforcement, intelligence, or corporate security leaders)
- Ability to travel up to 30% to support Global Security & Resilience programs
- Strong planning, coordination, and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
Preferred
- Prior background in law enforcement, military, corporate security, or protective services
- Experience leading security functions in environments with high ambiguity, limited structure, and rapid operational tempo
- Applied experience in threat assessment, workplace violence prevention, and behavioral risk management
- Familiarity with physical security technologies, access control models, and GSOC workflows
- Experience integrating or supporting cross-functional security domains such as executive protection, workplace security, or incident response

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
