Role Summary

Join London Stock Exchange Group's (LSEG) Group Investment Management Tooling and Data team to design, build and support resilient solutions on Broadcom Clarity PPM, a core platform for investment, portfolio and delivery management.

You will be a senior hands-on Clarity specialist, owning solution design and development from requirement through release and live support. You will apply deep technical judgement to balance customer needs, delivery pace, platform integrity, maintainability and long-term supportability.

What you'll be doing

Clarity solution design and development

•  Design, configure, develop and maintain Clarity solutions across objects, attributes, lookups, processes, jobs, portlets, Classic Studio and Modern UX.

•  Develop and support GEL scripts, XOG processes, NSQL, Clarity APIs and database components required to deliver secure, scalable business solutions.

•  Translate business requirements into clear technical designs, prototypes and production-ready solutions; explain options, constraints and impacts to customers before implementation.

•  Design solutions that are resilient, maintainable and straightforward to change, test and support; challenge unnecessary customisation and favour sustainable use of the platform.

Integration, data and reporting

•  Design and support integrations between Clarity and enterprise financial, workforce and delivery platforms using REST, SOAP, XOG and appropriate integration patterns.

•  Develop and optimise SQL, stored procedures, views and extracts; troubleshoot data, performance and synchronisation issues across end-to-end flows.

•  Support operational and executive reporting through Clarity portlets, extracts and downstream platforms such as Power BI, ensuring accuracy and performance.

Quality, resilience and live service

•  Own technical quality for assigned changes through peer review, unit and regression testing, defect resolution, release controls and appropriate documentation.

•  Diagnose complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes; support incidents, platform health, upgrades, patches, migrations and environment refreshes.

•  Contribute to Clarity security, data-model design, technical standards and design assurance; identify risks early and help resolve blockers quickly.

Technical contribution and customer engagement

•  Work directly with PMO, Finance, Resource Management, Technology and other partners to understand objectives, shape requirements and accelerate delivery of useful outcomes.

•  Make pragmatic judgement calls where requirements, priorities or constraints are unclear; present viable options and recommendations covering customer impact, delivery effort, risk and ongoing support.

•  Coach colleagues within your areas of expertise, undertake peer reviews and help define, adopt and enforce development, design and testing standards.

What you'll bring

Clarity expertise

•  Deep, recent hands-on Broadcom Clarity PPM experience independently designing, building, troubleshooting and supporting complex enterprise solutions.

•  Strong practical experience with GEL, XOG, NSQL, Clarity Studio, Modern UX, workflows, jobs, portlets, security and the Clarity data model.

•  Strong SQL skills and experience designing or supporting REST, SOAP and other enterprise integrations.

•  Solid understanding of Clarity functional domains including project, portfolio, resource, financial, demand and time management.

Design judgement, delivery and collaboration

•  Proven ability to design resilient, sustainable solutions and explain options, trade-offs and recommendations clearly.

•  Experience delivering in fast-changing, high-pressure, collaborative environments, prioritising competing change and live-service demands without compromising quality.

•  Strong troubleshooting skills, including root-cause analysis, performance optimisation and permanent issue resolution.

•  Experience of Agile delivery, peer review, testing and controlled release practices, with a practical continuous-improvement approach.

Desirable skills & experience

•  Experience integrating Clarity with Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP or similar enterprise platforms.

•  Experience with Power BI or other enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.

•  Experience with SaaS Clarity environments, upgrades, migrations and recent Clarity AI capabilities.

•  Experience with process optimisation, automation, data-quality controls or broader strategic portfolio management tooling.

•  Broadcom Clarity certification, financial-services experience or distributed delivery experience.

What you'll get in return

Own significant Clarity solutions supporting investment governance and delivery across LSEG, combining hands-on development, design authority and customer engagement to improve platform resilience and pace of change.
