As Senior Manager, Brand Strategy, Planning and Operations, you will be the visionary architect of our multi‑brand ambition, discerning emerging trends and shaping a compelling narrative that infuses every facet of our internal story. By championing precise planning and seamless operations, you will drive the brand excellence essential for Nike to flourish in one of our most dynamic and influential markets, setting the benchmark for progress and innovation across the industry.

Based in London, you’ll sit on the UK & Ireland Marketing Leadership Team, where sport, culture and community intersect, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Marketing, UK & Ireland.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate across the UK & Ireland Marketing Leadership Team, partnering closely with Sales, Sports Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Communications, Energy Marketing, and Social Community & Impact. You’ll also stay connected to the EMEA Brand Planning and Strategy teams and, at times, work with Global partners to ensure consistency, alignment and impact.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced, dynamic, consumer‑obsessed brand planning strategist with a deep love of sport and a passion for London and UK culture. You multiply the opinions and expertise of those around you to unlock new thinking. You thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and are ready to drive impact at both local and regional scale.

You are team‑obsessed, with a strong track record of developing young, diverse talent into the leaders of the future. With a truly enterprise‑wide perspective, you consistently look beyond immediate priorities to embrace broader organisational opportunities. Above all, you embody adaptable, inspirational leadership - rising to every challenge with a resilient, growth‑oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous evolution.

You’ll Bring:
  • Strategic Thinking & Communication: Proven ability to set vision, shape strategy and deliver cross‑functional communication with simplicity and impact.
  • Breadth of Brand Experience: Demonstrated success driving brand strategy and shaping the impact of multiple brands with proven results.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Strong cross‑functional partnership skills that drive alignment and buy‑in.
  • Operational Foresight: Ability to anticipate needs, see around corners and deliver excellence in planning, operations and budget management.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: A proactive mindset, always seeking innovative ways to shape the future.
  • Storytelling Ability: Skill in translating complex strategy into compelling narratives.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, inspiring and developing diverse teams, fostering creativity and accountability to achieve ambitious outcomes.
What You’ll Work On

In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director of Marketing UK&I to drive a wide range of strategic and operational deliverables. This includes the Consumer Code, seasonal concept maps, LT meetings, all‑employee moments, AOP and marketing budget management, resource planning, product management and VP stakeholder engagements; ensuring the organisation is aligned, informed and moving with purpose.

You’ll support the strategic workstreams that shape the future of Nike UK&I Marketing, helping define the direction of the brand across one of our most influential markets. Acting as the connective tissue between teams, you will ensure that strategic, seasonal and operational plans are fully integrated and that the organisation moves in lockstep.

A key part of your impact will be shaping and delivering internal narratives that translate complex strategic insight into compelling stories, bringing our strategy to life in every meeting, presentation and communication. You will maintain a deep obsession with our consumers, gathering, analysing and applying insights to UK&I plans, while feeding them into EMEA and Global teams to help refine Nike’s long‑term strategic direction.

Finally, you will empower and lead a passionate operations team, fostering excellence in budget and product management and enabling the team to deliver at the highest level.
