As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you’ll set the vision for Nike Sportswear across the UK, with London at its heart. You’ll empower a team of future brand leaders to deliver bold campaigns, unforgettable stories, disruptive sport & cultural moments & meaningful platforms that cements Nike at the forefront of youth culture.

Based in London, you’ll join the UK & Ireland Marketing Leadership Team – where sport, culture, and community collide – reporting directly to the Senior Director, Marketing, UK & Ireland.

Your mission: lead a passionate team to bring Nike Sportswear to life through campaigns that spark conversation, activations that energize communities, and platforms that connect authentically with athletes, consumers, and cultural leaders.

You’ll generate consumer led innovative ideas & take global direction to ensure the work resonates locally, ensuring Nike stands out across retail, wholesale, and every touchpoint in one of the world’s most influential sport and cultural markets.

You’ll also build and nurture relationships with tastemakers, partners, and diverse emerging talent who are shaping London and the UK today.

Driven by consumer obsession, you’ll gather insights from the ground and feed them back to EMEA/Global, helping refine Nike’s long‑term strategy.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to the Senior Director, Marketing, UK & Ireland, influencing big‑picture decisions and ensuring every initiative meets the highest standard.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate across the UK & Ireland Marketing Leadership Team, partnering with Sports Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Communications, Energy Marketing, and Social Community & Impact.

You’ll stay closely connected to the EMEA Nike Sportswear team and, at times, work with Global partners to ensure consistency and impact.
