What you’ll be doing

At Lloyds Banking Group, we have a clear purpose: to help Britain prosper and make finance a force for good. Through our family of brands, we have a relationship with almost every household and community in the UK, and we play an important part in supporting a growing, resilient UK economy.

In this role, you’ll lead the Analytics & Insights function within Homes — the team responsible for creating the actionable insight that shapes strategy, drives performance, and ensures we deliver fair and sustainable outcomes for customers. As the strategic lead for insight, you’ll set the direction for how we use data to understand our business, modernise our analytical capability, and influence decisions at every level.

The next phase of our insight strategy will be a major focus, introducing modern analytical methods, tooling and ways of working that make insight faster, smarter and easier to access across the Homes business. Close collaboration with teams across the Group will be key, bringing the best of our data, AI, insight and tooling into the Homes strategy to maximise the value of the Group’s analytical strength.

Interpreting internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities and risks will form a core part of the role — turning complex information into clear, compelling stories for senior and executive leaders. Insight will remain timely, relevant and tightly connected to improving customer outcomes, operational performance and innovation.

Collaboration with the Reporting team will also be essential to ensure consistency and alignment across dashboards, KPIs and enterprise reporting. Together, the two teams help create a seamless, coherent insight and reporting ecosystem for the Homes business.
