As a Senior Level Designer at Lighthouse Games, you will take charge of designing and crafting game levels that engage and inspire players. Collaborating closely with the game director and multidisciplinary team members, you will be integral to transforming creative concepts into immersive experiences that elevate our upcoming blockbuster titles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the game director and team to design engaging and immersive game levels.
- Implement, iterate, and refine game levels using cutting-edge engines and development tools.
- Coordinate with artists and programmers to guarantee high-quality level designs that align with technical specifications.
- Craft story elements, gameplay mechanics, and objectives for each level.
- Create and maintain thorough level documentation including design briefs, flowcharts, and maps.
- Offer feedback and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them to improve their skills.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Level Designer.
- Proficiency in Unreal 5 and other relevant design tools.
- Deep understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
- Strong familiarity with scripting in Blueprints.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong capacity to meet project deadlines.
- Passionate about gaming with an understanding of current industry trends.
- Experience on AAA titles is highly desirable.
