Currently, we are looking for a Senior / Lead User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team.

Challenges you would have:
  • Rebuild the User Acquisition function to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Take ownership of the UA team (both web and mobile) and get the opportunity to grow into a Head of Acquisition or Head of Digital roles!
  • Establish and optimize media buying processes across main channels (primary - Meta & Google).
  • Develop and upskill the web/social team. 
  • Automate teamwork through in-house and third-party solutions
  • Manage marketing budgets of $1M+, ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI. 
To do this, you will need:
  • UAM Experience in subscriptional B2C products.
  • High Budget Management: Experience managing over $1 million in monthly ad spend.
  • Hands-on Channels: Direct, hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Data Tools: Skilled in using Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude for data analysis.
  • User Focus: Strong marketing mindset and deep knowledge of user psychology (what makes users click and convert)
  • English: English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Will be a plus:
  • Scaling: Experience scaling UA efforts from scratch and showing measurable uplift.
  • Ad Platforms: Snap, TikTok, or other channels are a plus.
  • Platforms: Expertise in both Mobile and Web acquisition.
