Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We're seeking a strategic and operationally excellent Senior Lead to help manage our portfolio of high-priority EMEA sports partnerships. This role is critical to driving success across some of our most visible and strategically important partnerships, including F1, LIV Golf, and Tottenham Hotspur. Based in London, you'll serve as the on-the-ground support for these partnerships, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
What You'll Do

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Provide day-to-day operational support for key EMEA sports properties, ensuring partnership objectives align with organizational priorities and deliver strong ROI

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Build and maintain trusted relationships across a complex ecosystem of partners, including partner organizations, Salesforce account teams, professional services teams, external agencies, and the broader sports community

  • Local Coverage & Presence: Serve as the London-based point of contact for regular planning meetings, partnership activations, and EMEA events, ensuring responsiveness and close collaboration with London-based partners (F1, LIV Golf, Tottenham Hotspur)

  • Activation Excellence: Drive seamless execution of partnership activations, ensuring all elements—from planning to measurement—meet high standards and deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination across geographies

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in partnership management, sports marketing, sponsorship activation, or related fields

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships with measurable business results

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders

  • Deep understanding of the sports industry, particularly motorsports, golf and/or football/soccer

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Experience working with technology partners or supporting digital transformation initiatives

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong connection to global teams

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA for events, activations, and partner meetings

  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Formula 1, golf, or football partnerships

  • Background working with enterprise technology companies

  • Understanding of agentic technology and AI applications in sports marketing

  • Existing relationships within the EMEA sports ecosystem

Why This Role Matters
These partnerships represent strategic priorities for Salesforce's marketing organization, with significant investment in agentic technology transformations that are reshaping how we engage with partners and fans. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver innovation, drive brand visibility, and demonstrate leadership in the sports marketing space.
