We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth to own how we acquire new Credit Card clients and deliver against ambitious growth targets.

You’ll own the growth model, projections, roadmap, and execution across every acquisition lever at our disposal. A major focus of the role will be building and scaling our offer engine — testing and optimizing sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth.

You’ll partner closely with Product on product-led growth opportunities and with channel leads across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, and other acquisition channels. Where there isn’t an owner, you’ll build and run the channel yourself.

We’re looking for someone analytical, highly hands-on, relentless about results, and willing to find or invent new ways to grow.

What you’ll do
  • Own the growth plan: Build and maintain the model for how we’ll hit Credit Card new-client targets, and translate it into a clear, prioritized growth roadmap.

  • Build the acquisition engine: Own the plan for delivering new clients across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels — partnering with channel owners where they exist and directly owning execution where they don’t.

  • Own the offer engine: Develop and optimize sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth efficiently. Run a high-velocity experimentation program to continually improve performance.

  • Obsess over the funnel: Know the acquisition and application funnel inside and out, identify the biggest opportunities to improve conversion, and work closely with Product to prioritize the product growth initiatives that will have the greatest impact.

  • Deliver the number: Be accountable for hitting Credit Card new-client targets. Know where growth is coming from, where we’re behind, and what needs to change to close the gap.

What you’ll bring
  • A track record of building 0→1 growth playbooks, owning ambitious targets, and exceeding them.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible growth, not just develop strategy or manage programs.

  • A highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution.

  • A relentless, channel-agnostic mindset: you’ll use any channel that works — and build a new one if you need to.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive results through Product and channel teams without directly owning them.

Nice to have

  • Experience in credit card growth

  • Experience building or optimizing incentive offer programs

  • Experience with credit card affiliate programs

  • Comfortable using SQL to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities
