The Senior Lead Business Intelligence  is responsible for Business Intelligence operations and execution to provide action-driven metrics and visualizations.

This position reports to the Business Intelligence Director and is part of the Commercial Excellence team located in Amersham and will be an on-site role to cover globally.  

What you will do:

• Act as a product owner to understand the business needs and to drive end-to-end from scoping to development, user testing, and communication.
• ·Develop impactful dashboards using supported Business Intelligence tools within agreed-upon timelines.
•  Lead enhancements of existing BI solutions in an effort to optimize impactful applications and allow the business to reach measurable conclusions.
• Manage project communication and alignment across stakeholders. Up-to-date status of deliverables and documentation using Confluence, Jira, Aha, or related tools.
• Lead collaboration across teams and drive continuous improvement on standardization and simplification.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Analytics or Data Science related experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Qlik sense, SQL and/or additional BI Business Intelligence related experience.
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to balance multiple priorities and deliver on timelines.
• Exposure to business processes, including Sales Operations, Product Management, Supply chain, or Customer Operations.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel for workshops and meetings when needed. Possibly once every six months.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Prior experience in IT, life science, or the pharmaceutical industry will be a bonus.
• Understanding CRM Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI, GenAI and/or other BI/data mining tools will be a bonus.
