The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Lawyer Success Manager to support our Lawyer Success team. This is more than a typical success role - you’ll mentor and guide Junior Lawyer Success Managers, influence processes, consolidate feedback, and act as a partial escalation point for complex lawyer scenarios.
You will also manage a portfolio of high-potential lawyers, helping them thrive on the platform while ensuring best practices across the team. Whether you’ve worked in customer success, operations or legaltech teams, this role is ideal if you’re ready to combine strategy, mentoring, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing startup environment.
LeadershipMentor Junior Lawyer Success Managers and support onboarding and training.
Act as an escalation point for complex lawyer issues.
Refine Lawyer Success workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
Support rollout of scalable processes and playbooks.
Manage a strategic lawyer portfolio to improve engagement, billing, and adoption.
Lead quarterly reviews and key check-ins.
Gather feedback, resolve friction points, and run training sessions.
Collaborate with Product and Legal Ops to enhance the lawyer journey.
Track engagement, churn, and growth metrics.
Provide insights to support strategic planning.
Strong experience (3+ years) in customer success or account management within legaltech or professional services and ideally in a fast-paced startup.
Experience in or with law firms, legaltech companies or platforms.
Legal training, such as an LLB or previous practice as a solicitor.
Can build long-term, trusted relationships and communicate confidently.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, passionate about improving processes and outcomes.
Enjoy mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Thrive in an environment where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by shaping a growing company.
