📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a Senior Key Account Manager at Veepee, you will ensure the best brands, the best stocks and the best prices on your portfolio.

    You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our key and strategic accounts. 

    Your role will encompass both the acquisition of new accounts through prospection and the long-term development of existing partners. Acting as the privileged contact for brands, you will contribute to defining and implementing mid and long-term strategic business plans with key partners, identifying growth opportunities across local and international markets, creating European synergies across the goup.

    Your key focus areas will include understanding partners’ business needs, driving sustainable growth, maximising portfolio performance, and ensuring delivery of commercial targets. You will leverage data, market insights, and performance analysis to identify opportunities, influence strategic decisions, and continuously optimise results.

    Working closely with sales analysts and cross-functional teams including marketing, planning, finance, production, and supply chain, you will coordinate the best commercial solutions to maximise performance and partner satisfaction.

🎯 TASKS

    1. Prospection & Strategic Business Development (New Accounts):

    Identify, engage, and onboard new key and strategic accounts aligned with Veepee’s growth priorities, ensuring a robust and growing client portfolio. Develop strong prospect pipelines and position Veepee’s value proposition as a strategic growth opportunity for brands. 

    1.  Strategic Partnership & Relationship Development (Existing Accounts)

    Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure sustained growth and achievement of annual targets. Prepare and implement strategic business plans with key accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to grow the partnership across categories, products, and markets. 

    1.  Deal Negotiation & Commercial Leadership

    Lead negotiations with brand partners by defining commercial and contractual conditions that maximise value for both Veepee and partners. Manage complex negotiations with senior stakeholders while ensuring long-term partnership development and profitability. 

    1. Market Knowledge & Business Insights

    Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, consumer behaviour, and industry developments to strengthen Veepee’s market positioning. Analyse sales performance and digital KPIs to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 

    1.  Cross-Functional Sales Coordination

    Coordinate and influence internal stakeholders to build the best solutions and maximise performance across supply chain, planning, marketing, finance, and production teams. Ensure excellence in execution and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and campaigns.

👉 MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • +5 years experience as Key Account Manager or similar strategic commercial role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Proven track record in prospecting, account management, strategic partnership development, and achieving sales targets

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex negotiations

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at different levels

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong perseverance and ownership

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment

  • Strong knowledge of Google Apps and Office Pack, especially GSheets, Slides, and Excel

  • Excellent local language and English language skills

  • Strong interest in digital commerce, brands, and market trends
