This is a job for Network Management Engineering within Solution Area Network Management, where we develop and maintain competitive offerings that support our Networks. Network Management Engineering is responsible for products for Network Management, Resource Orchestration and Automation domains.

Our mission is to provide profitable Network Management products & solutions which are industry leading, network focused and industrialized that enable automated , scalable, sustainable and efficient rollouts & operations for our customers.
We are looking for a Test Lead in the New Node Introduction area (NNI) responsible for end-to-end test processes and coordination for NNI-related Main Requirements (MRs).
What you will do:
  • End-to-end test process ownership and coordination for NNI MRs
  • Documentation of the overall test strategy
  • Creation and maintenance of detailed test plans
  • Assignment of testing tasks within the test team
  • Coordination and execution of test activities
  • Preparation and delivery of test reports
  • Test risk management (identification, assessment, and mitigation of testing-related risks)
  • Continuous test improvement (refactoring and maintenance of automated test suites)
  • Implementation of new tests to improve coverage and ensure validation of new and upcoming MRs

The skills you bring:
  • Strong experience in software testing and coordination (ISTQB foundation must have, ISTQB test manager good to have)
  • Experience in leading/mentoring testers
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with test management and issue tracking tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of telecommunication systems and IP network architectures
  • Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments at a basic level
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts and environments
