We are looking for a Test Lead in the New Node Introduction area (NNI) responsible for end-to-end test processes and coordination for NNI-related Main Requirements (MRs).
What you will do:
- End-to-end test process ownership and coordination for NNI MRs
- Documentation of the overall test strategy
- Creation and maintenance of detailed test plans
- Assignment of testing tasks within the test team
- Coordination and execution of test activities
- Preparation and delivery of test reports
- Test risk management (identification, assessment, and mitigation of testing-related risks)
- Continuous test improvement (refactoring and maintenance of automated test suites)
- Implementation of new tests to improve coverage and ensure validation of new and upcoming MRs
The skills you bring:
- Strong experience in software testing and coordination (ISTQB foundation must have, ISTQB test manager good to have)
- Experience in leading/mentoring testers
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with test management and issue tracking tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of telecommunication systems and IP network architectures
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments at a basic level
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts and environments
