What you will do:

  • Plan, oversee, and lead IT/OT infrastructure projects across local, regional, and global scopes

  • Manage project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Lonza standards

  • Engage with cross-functional teams and departments to implement infrastructure solutions

  • Oversee budgets, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management

  • Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in IT/OT infrastructure project management

  • Strong knowledge of IT and OT architecture, security, and compliance requirements

  • Familiarity with infrastructure topics such as servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and data centers

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in Pharma or other validated production industries

  • Degree in IT or engineering; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
