This Senior Investigations Manager role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive, objective and timely internal investigations.
As the lead investigator for complex and serious investigations you will be covering cases including allegations of bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, harassment and others.
The role demands both a sensitive approach to the individuals involved and rigorous application to protect the interests of Haleon.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead investigator within Haleon for complex and serious allegations, such as bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, harassment and others.
- Conduct timely, objective, impartial and fact-finding internal investigations by following effective investigative steps.
- Ensure internal investigations are conducted in accordance with all relevant Haleon policies, procedures and guidance.
- Prioritize multiple investigations, investigative tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining positive collaborative relations with various stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders where appropriate such as HR, Compliance and Legal, including external counsel when conducting legally privileged investigations.
- Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality, and ensure investigations are completed in a thorough and timely manner.
- Identify trends, emerging risks, and insights regarding ongoing cases.
- Maintain current knowledge and awareness of investigative techniques, fraud schemes, privacy laws, and applicable industry regulations.
- Build, maintain and strategically influence relationships across the organization and with counterparts in the consumer healthcare and FMCG industries.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.

- Experience in performing investigations and/or audits under the direction of internal and/or external Legal counsel.
- Experience working with teams to conduct investigations timely, with a proven record of team building across functions.
- Demonstrated decision-making and project management skills.
- Use business acumen and insights to effectively manage investigations in the company matrix organization including across multiple sets of stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and conceptualize rules, guidelines, policies, procedures and controls.

Education & Experience
- Degree plus postgraduate/ professional qualification and/or experience in a law enforcement or Corporate Investigations environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing investigations and related processes.
- Experience in performing investigations and/or audits under the direction of internal and/or external Legal counsel.
- Experience working with teams to conduct investigations timely, with a proven record of team building across functions.
- Proficiency in working on case management systems and e-discovery platforms.
