The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, create demand and drive tangible business pipeline. 

Reporting to the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing, this senior role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to be very hands on. They will need to build a deep understanding of our target audience and the buying journey they take, they will then lead and develop campaign strategies, build strong campaign narratives and seamlessly coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver with creative and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign strategy, development and execution, cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for storytelling, and innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. 

What will you be doing?

Campaign Strategy & Execution: 

  • Translate high-level business goals into a full funnel integrated campaign programme, driving execution across different owners within the integrated campaigns team. 
  • Specifically, own and create brand-building and top of funnel demand campaigns from end to end, in support of driving brand awareness, lift and demand generation at a global level.
  • Lead the development of the campaign calendar, collaborating with cross-functional partners in Comms, Events, Social Media, Product Marketing & Digital Marketing to build integrated campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and Media Planning agency to determine the right channel, audience and content mixes in support of campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, paid media, product marketing, sales teams, external partners (agencies, where relevant) and leadership to define objectives, messaging, oversee creative development and ensure cohesive campaign execution across all channels.
  • Support the field marketing team on brand-building campaign initiatives at a local level.
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager in establishing and running the always on demand gen engine, fuelled by evergreen content strategy.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Marketing Data to monitor campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing data-driven adjustments.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess outcomes, identify learnings, and refine future campaigns.
  • Own reporting to leadership on the impact of campaigns on both marketing and business KPIs

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accountability for keeping within forecast.

Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements to incorporate innovative tactics into campaigns.
    Introduce creative approaches and new tools to enhance audience engagement and campaign performance.


What will you need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of demonstrable experience within integrated marketing and/or campaign development & execution.
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.Creativity and a keen eye for compelling storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of the role of earned, paid & owned media channels, and their potential roles within integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a focus on execution.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively cross-functional, both internally and externally.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
