  • You have a strong knowledge of the energy sector and an understanding of SaaS business models.

What you'll do in your 6 month contract

  • Design and implement an Energy Industry Accelerator from initial concept to final implementation, managing timelines and ensuring high-quality learning content.
  • Create and design a variety of instructional materials, including written documentation, course materials, checklists, and job aids, that increase the skills and knowledge of SMEs in the energy sector.
  • Expand the impact of our customer onboarding learning tool, Gorilla University, by assessing learning needs and iterating to design impactful improvements.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, customer education, or related field
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, eLearning authoring and visual design tools (Adobe captivate, Articulate Storyline)
  • Experience leading complex projects in a SaaS scale up environment with strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions, cultures, and stakeholder groups
  • High self-motivation, ownership and committed to improvement
  • You have the confidence and skill to hit the ground running and lead a complex, technical, high-visibility and high-impact learning project

You will work with teams across the company:
