Role Overview:

We need an experienced Senior Insights & Reporting Analyst to join the SP&A Channel Sales team. The role supports the planning, execution, reporting, and analysis of commercial activity. It produces clear insight for senior leaders by coordinating, generating, and presenting global performance reporting. This role builds consistent reporting packs and ensures that data is clear, accurate, and ready for Exec review.

You will work closely with commercial, insight, and analysis teams across global, regional, and territory levels. It maintains strong standards across tools and techniques and improves how teams use data. It brings clear insight to weekly and monthly reporting, quarterly reviews, annual budgets, and mid-range planning. It highlights trends, explains shifts in performance, and supports better commercial decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily interaction with territory analysts based within the EUR, MEATICS & ANZ Region
  • Work together with Global Insight Team and equivalent regional peers, contributing to the development and coordination of the regular reporting function.
  • Source of truth in weekly reporting and commentary of regional performance on hardware, peripherals, and software, collaborating with other teams to form a holistic picture.
  • Responsible to deliver market commentary and insight at a weekly and monthly level, and during Budget and quarterly reviews.
  • Contributes to the development of analytical tools and methodologies to support wider Global Sales Planning & Analysis (GSP&A) teams, including Demand Planning and Forecasting.
  • Collaborates with global and EMEAs territories, in both directions, to avoid duplication of effort and ensure priorities are aligned.
  • Demonstrate best practice approach to analysis, working closely with global and EMEA territories to improve quality of insight and ensure the best regional analysis has Global impact.
  • Manage quarterly forecast, half year review and Budget processes across EMEA, helping to achieve consensus between cross-functional teams.
  • Deputises for the Senior Manager SP&A EMEA as required.
  • Partner with wider teams on insight and analysis around hardware, peripherals and software.

What we’re looking for:

  • An adept and persuasive communicator, with an ability to articulate their analysis effectively and prepared to challenge established thinking backed up by data and insight.
  • Relevant experience as a senior analyst, data analyst, or other related occupation
  • New technology - AI tool experience preferred as we champion the adoption across the organisation
  • An ability to manage and balance multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail - precision, accuracy, and astute attention to detail are essential.
  • Able to identify and develop opportunities to improve, innovate and/or pioneer new ways of working through continuous process improvement practices.
  • Flexible approach to working hours to support global sales and business operations
  • Patient, persistent, pragmatic, and diplomatic
  • Excitement and interest in video games, and deep knowledge of Gaming industry is an advantage.
  • Supply Chain and Ops knowledge and experience an advantage.
  • BSc/BA in Business/ Economics, Science or Mathematics preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Experience with the following analytical and visualisation tools would be an advantage: DOMO, MicroStrategy, Tableau, IBP, Qliksense, Power BI
  • Database querying experience (SQL) preferred
