• Work alongside internal teams and other consultants to provide clients with thorough and efficient assistance.

• Create documentation of installation and setup processes as well as problem-solving techniques to keep the knowledge base current.

• Share with the team and clients the most recent Nintex product updates, improvements, and best practices.

• Lead and support installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting activities for multi-tiered applications.

• Configure and troubleshoot Internet Information Services (IIS), including Web Server and Application Server roles.

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions supporting Disaster Recovery (DR) and High-Availability (HA).

• Provide expertise in authentication methods and identity providers (Windows, Kerberos, Claims-Based, OAuth, OIDC; AD and AAD minimum, Okta preferred).

• Support physical and cloud-based networking capabilities, with preference for Azure and/or AWS experience.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure methodologies and best practices.

To be successful, we think you need:

• 5+ years in infrastructure consulting, engineering, systems administration, or related enterprise roles.

• 5+ Years of working knowledge on Nintex products and supporting platform requirements (on-prem and cloud).

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting complex, multi-tiered applications.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and reusable runbooks.

• Clear, confident communicator able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborative mindset with experience working across global teams and with external clients/partners.

Preferred Attributes

• Customer-focused with a track record of building trust and driving positive outcomes.

• Proactive, analytical problem solver with strong ownership and follow-through.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

• Continuous learner who keeps current with Nintex product updates and broader platform changes.
