The Senior Implementation Consultant, Capital Markets, holds a key position in providing expert consultation and strategic guidance in the realm of banking channel SaaS Kyriba solutions. This role requires a profound understanding of banking operations, technological innovations, and customer demands within the financial sector (working capital, securitization , treasury, payments, financial transactions and connectivity). The individual in this capacity collaborates closely with internal teams, banking clients, and industry partners to develop and deploy tailored software solutions that meet the evolving needs of banks and their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Strategy and Development:
    • Formulate and refine strategic visions for banking channel software solutions, aligning them with market trends, regulatory requirements, and the specific needs of banking clients. 
    • Collaborate with product development teams to establish solution roadmaps, prioritize feature enhancements, and drive the creation of innovative banking software products and services.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer feedback sessions to identify emerging opportunities and adjust solution strategies accordingly.
  • Consultative Advisory:
    • Act as a subject matter authority on the banking channel for Kyriba, offering consultative support to internal teams, banking partners, and clients.
    • Engage with banking institutions to comprehend their business objectives, pain points, and opportunities, and provide expert recommendations on how the organization's software solutions can address their requirements.
    • Deliver solution demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of the organization's banking channel software offerings and distinguish them within the marketplace.
  • Partner Collaboration:
    • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with banking channel software providers, including financial institutions, technology vendors, and industry associations.
    • Collaborate with channel partners to co-develop and co-market banking channel software solutions, leveraging their expertise and resources to enhance the value proposition for shared clients.
    • Identify avenues for expanding partnerships and collaborate with business development teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Implementation Support:
    • Provide guidance and assistance to internal implementation teams and banking partners during the rollout of banking channel software solutions.
    • Lead the technical conversations around integrations with banks and Kyriba platform. 
    • Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure the seamless implementation of solutions, adherence to project timelines, and alignment with client expectations.
    • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, banking partners, and clients to address any implementation hurdles or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies impacting banking channel software solutions.
    • Produce thought leadership content, such as whitepapers and industry insights, related to banking channel software strategies and innovations.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase expertise, cultivate relationships, and promote awareness of the organization's banking channel software offerings.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in solution consulting, product management, or business development roles within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Profound understanding of banking operations, channels, and technologies, with a proven track record of successfully delivering innovative software solutions to banking clients.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights and client feedback into actionable solution strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling the articulation of complex concepts and the influence of stakeholders across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with banking partners, clients, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and driving outcomes.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of connectivity (Host to host, API, bank integrations, ERP connectivity,).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Banking Professional, Certified Solution Consultant) would be beneficial.
