This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

GoDaddy is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to specialise and support in multiple areas of Workday’s human capital management software such as (Absence Management, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent). Our team of HRIS Analysts is dedicated to helping provide tier 2 support, working with our workstream leads collecting requirements for system improvement requests, and tracking completed support cases. You will be involved in our Workday roadmap as we expand our global presence and provide an outstanding employee experience!

What you'll get to do...

  • Assess relevant Workday issues and improvement requests to analyse business insight, validity, and level of effort, for potential roadmap delivery
  • Create and coordinate support cases using Jira, build relevant searches and run reports
  • Facilitate Backlog review meetings with various workstream leads to prioritise requests for the upcoming sprint planning meetings
  • Foster ongoing Workday relationships – relevant memberships and engagement in Workday Community, User Groups and Conferences
  • Assist with Workday problems in Jira, join user acceptance testing, and work with the user adoption team as needed.
  • Although this is not a configuration role, you will provide Workday Administrator support as defined for the team
  • Other projects and work as assigned, may include data audits and processing EIBs

Your experience should include...

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM system
  • An understanding or familiarity with one or more of the following modules: Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time Tracking, Leave of Absence
  • Good communication and process improvement skills
  • Strong organisational skills and some project management experience
  • Good attention to detail and ability to consistently provide accurate data
  • Good level of English – both written and spoken

You might also have...

  • Experience with release management and optimisation
  • Experience with Jira-issue tracking software
