What the Role Entails

  • Providing HRBP support to the gaming division that spans across investments, partnerships, tech and operations businesses

  • Responsible for the annual HRBP routine tasks and offering HR solutions to business groups in line with business strategies and needs.

  • Working closely with business leaders on organisational and people matters that have short-, medium- or long-term effects on the business

  • Support the delivery of the people strategy at departmental and regional level, including employee engagement, talent management and succession planning

  • Provide HR and project management support to investment studios.

  • Partner closely with the local HR Operations team to deliver a top-notch employee experience throughout employee career milestones with the organization.

  • Fully experienced in employment relations with confidence to ensure all HR matters are handled promptly, fairly, and consistently in line with legal and company requirements

  • Getting involved in other HR projects within the IEGG function as when required.

Who We Look For

  • Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Managers or HR COE, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen

  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and policies as well as Employment legislation (UK, France, Netherlands, Germany)

  • Strong organisational skills and exhibit excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Someone who is positive, possess a can-do attitude and can navigate in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments

  • Strong people skillsets and able to build relationships across all levels of staff, be culturally sensitive and adaptable to different people styles

  • Strong learning agility, with good ability to bounce back and quickly learn from past experiences, improve, and adapt.
