This is a fantastic opportunity for a structured project professional with a strong HR background to help deliver our global HR projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Leading end-to-end HR transformation projects.

  • Establishing clear project management structures, timelines, risk management, and reporting via project management tools.

  • Building strong relationships and comfortably managing senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite members.

  • Connecting different HR functions to ensure cross-team alignment, smooth communication, and clear project visibility.

  • Driving commercial HR conversations and guiding business leaders through operational change and maturity initiatives.

  • Escalating risks, removing blockers, and keeping complex short- and long-term project deliverables on track.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in or deep working knowledge of HR functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders, with the credibility to command the room.

  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict management skills when navigating complex change.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a structured, pragmatic approach to delivering business-aligned outcomes.

  • Experience working in a mature, fast-paced corporate environment (preferably across international locations).

NICE TO HAVES
  • Exposure to AI transformation projects or leveraging modern AI tools within HR workflows.

  • Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
