Job Description:

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. This role performs a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching, Enabling business change, & HR program advocacy. The role will support manufacturing and have multi-site responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support business goals and growth initiatives. 

  • Leadership Coaching:

Provide coaching and development to senior management on leadership practices, employee engagement, and performance management. 

  • Performance Management:

Oversee (PMP) performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. 

  • Organizational Design:

Participate in organizational restructuring initiatives, including workforce planning and job redesign 

  • Data Analysis:

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, measuring the impact of HR initiatives 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field with Master’s Degree Preferred with 12 to 15 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices 
  • Extensive experience dealing with multi-site, multi-state manufacturing organization.
  • Proven ability to deal 1:1 with local and international Union leadership having effectively responding to grievance and creating effective settlements to disputes
