About the role:
In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent and work alongside our Principal Recruiter managing all of our Sales, Pre-Sales and Post Sales hiring. You will be the go-to person for filling the candidate funnel working very closely with our recruiters. It will be your responsibility to manage all incoming applications and referrals, as well as build your own candidate pipeline via outbound sourcing efforts.
What you'll bring...
- Support the recruiting team by consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates for sales and marketing roles
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent
- Engage, screen and schedule candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process; provide a quality professional recruiting experience
- Be the market knowledge expert and provide insights to recruiting and hiring managers at the company
