Read in full - don't ‘just apply’.
P.S. Research shows that in order to apply for a job, women feel they need to meet 100% of the criteria while men usually apply after meeting 60%. Regardless of how you identify, if you believe you can do the job and are a good match, we encourage you to apply.

Most sales teams treat MEDDPICC as something they learn once and forget. We're building the system that makes that impossible — embedded in every deal, surfaced wherever reps work, sharpened by every signal the business generates.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core piece of that. You'll be working on one of the more interesting product problems in B2B SaaS right now: how do you turn a sales methodology into a compounding intelligence system? One where every call recorded, every deal closed, every signal captured makes the product smarter — for the rep, for the manager, for the forecast.
This is a high-autonomy role. You'll operate with significant independence, make high-stakes decisions without day-to-day oversight, and own the outcomes fully. If you do your best work when someone is checking in, this isn't the right fit. If you thrive when the problem is hard and the direction is yours to define, keep reading.
You'll work closely with Sales and customers to uncover pain points, partner with Design and Engineering to shape thoughtful solutions, and help the team deliver with focus and speed.
You'll be responsible for defining and executing a clear roadmap, grounded in company strategy and tied to renewal, retention, and adoption metrics, tracking success through clearly defined leading indicators, and helping the wider organization understand how your work is shaping customer behavior and business results.
What you'll do
- Drive business impact: Define clear, quantified success metrics and leading indicators before building, and ensure your work drives measurable progress on adoption, engagement, retention, and renewal signals. Own outcomes, not just output, and run structured post-launch reviews to iterate and improve.
- Own your product area: Define a quarterly roadmap based on insight and strategy. Translate company strategy into a credible, impact-driven roadmap with logically sequenced bets. Prioritize work that aligns with real customer needs and clear business goals. Ship with urgency and focus on what matters.
- Lead discovery with Sales and customers: Actively engage with Sales and users to uncover pain points and validate what's worth solving. Frame problems as clear, testable hypotheses and build confidence through research, data, and customer insight before committing. You challenge assumptions and stay grounded in customer reality.
- Use data to guide decisions: Define success metrics upfront. Track performance, measure outcomes, and use both quantitative and qualitative signals to continuously improve.
- Partner across disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with Design to shape solutions that are intuitive and effective. Partner with Engineering to deliver value quickly, iteratively, and with quality. Ensure teams are rarely blocked, with clear documentation, strong specifications, and low operational friction.
- Lead a high-performing Scrum team: Use agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retros) and help your team stay aligned, focused, and moving fast. You remove blockers and raise the bar.
- Communicate and influence: Articulate the "why" behind your roadmap. Defend trade-offs, align stakeholders, and educate the org on the impact of what's been shipped. Build belief in your product direction, proactively communicate roadmap rationale, and push back when needed to protect strategic focus.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building AI-powered products or data-compounding systems — you understand how intelligence layers are built, where they break, and how to design for a feedback loop, not just a feature
- Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales to find signal
- Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams
- Experience building and owning a roadmap that drives measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to define leading indicators, run experiments, and iterate based on measurable results
- Data-driven mindset: you define success, track it, and act on what you learn
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines
- Proven ability to make and defend high-stakes decisions independently — you have a track record of operating without hand-holding and owning the outcome
- Ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty using hypothesis-driven thinking and explicit trade-offs
- Track record of delivering reliably with strong ownership and low execution friction
