About Aarki

Aarki is a leading AI-driven mobile DSP that turns ad budgets into predictable, scalable growth. We power programmatic campaigns with supervised-AI bidding, real-time creative optimization, and full-funnel performance—serving 5 million bid requests per second across 10 billion devices. Our marketing team is lean, scrappy, and growth-obsessed; we need a senior designer who can elevate every touchpoint, from pitch decks to trade-show booths.

Role Overview

As Senior Graphic Designer on our Marketing team, you’ll be the visual architect behind Aarki’s brand — transforming complex ideas into elegant slide decks, one-pagers, event collateral, swag, booth environments, social assets, and more. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, take feedback without ego, and own projects end-to-end from concept through delivery. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to ensure design excellence, consistency, and on-brand execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling: Translate complex data and talking points into cohesive, visually engaging PowerPoint and Google Slides decks—applying a sharp creative eye, consistent typography, and flawless attention to detail.
  • Content-to-Design Translation: Quickly distill copy, whitepapers, and briefs into clean, impactful layouts; ask clarifying questions to ensure every graphic clearly communicates its core message.
  • Collateral & Print Excellence: Craft one-pagers, brochures, datasheets, and event programs with meticulous layout, color harmony, and print-ready precision (bleeds, margins, file specs).
  • Event & Booth Environments: Conceptualize booth graphics, signage, and swag from ideation through production—balancing big-picture brand experience with on-the-ground practicalities.
  • Digital & Social Creations: Convert LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and ad copy into scroll‑stopping visuals—leveraging hierarchy, contrast, and composition to boost engagement.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and refine Aarki’s visual identity across every asset; proactively spot inconsistencies and propose updates to our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative Design Process: Partner with marketing, product, sales, and external vendors—gathering requirements, sharing iterative mockups, and integrating feedback without losing design integrity.
  • Precision Project Management: Own the full design pipeline in Jira—scoping projects, setting realistic timelines, versioning files, and QA’ing every detail to meet deadlines.
  • Creative Innovation & Improvement: Bring fresh ideas for templates, new tools, or style enhancements; pilot process tweaks that elevate quality and streamline workflow.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years as a graphic designer, with at least 2 years in the tech industry (in-house or agency).
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated mastery in presentation design, print collateral, event graphics, and digital assets.
  • Tools: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides; familiarity with Figma a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable owning multiple projects at once, setting priorities, and driving them to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Feedback Agility: Welcomes constructive critique and iterates rapidly to refine designs with proactive communication along the way.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous about typography, color, layout, and file prep for print and web.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills; able to translate marketing needs into clear design briefs and explain design rationale to non-designers.
Nice-to-Have
  • Motion Graphics: Ability to produce short animations or GIFs for social and presentations.
  • Video Editing:  Ability to cut, assemble, and polish short promo videos and motion graphics for social media.
