What’s the role about?

Our Creative team are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and develop our Graphic Design team, to inspire the elevation of the Reiss brand. Reporting into our Art Director, you will be responsible for the creation of global offline and online brand assets from brief to launch. Output includes website creative, digital marketing, OOH, print media, packaging and point of sale assets.

Who you are

  • Excellent proficiency in using graphic design platform and tools, Adobe Suite proficiency is essential.
  • Possess a comprehensive background within graphic design. Within the luxury fashion industry would be advantageous.
  • Passionate and commercially aware about the fashion industry, trends and news.
  • Natural curiosity and high attention to detail, whilst being a problem-solver and inspire the department with ideas.
  • Impeccable time management skills; able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • A natural leader and confident communicator, able to inspire and influencer a motivated team.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop design solutions and treatments for new campaign and content ideas, in line with the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions, ready for pitches and presentations to senior management.
  • Conduct internal and external research as an input and a testing program to measure effectiveness.
  • Lead the UX/UI for the Reiss.com platforms and the associated brand guidelines to ensue a consistent delivery of quality user experience across internal and external teams (NTP).
  • Working with the NTP team to ensure the brand’s identity flows through all areas of the website.
  • Lead and develop an in-house creative design team to deliver the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions, building their capacity in their discipline.
