We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Global Operations Controller to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving financial control, cost efficiency, and insightful analysis within our supply chain operations. The Senior Operations Controller will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial controlling activities related to supply chain operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Act a business partner to the COO and the operations team to provide financial transparency and support decision making.
  • Analyse supply chain costs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Partner with Procurement and Logistics teams to monitor supplier contracts and logistics spending.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Manage month-end closing activities related to supply chain costing and inventory valuation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support management reporting, including preparation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance within the supply chain.

Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant controlling experience in supply chain or logistics environments, including manufacturing and FMCG or consumer healthcare settings.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and managing month-end close within operations controlling.
  • Experience with supplier and logistics cost control in procurement, inventory-heavy, or broader operations environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience partnering with C-level or senior finance stakeholders and working closely with procurement, logistics, or broader operations leadership.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Eligible to work in Sweden, Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, or Lithuania.
