The role: Program Manager of Global ERGs and Equity & Inclusion Specialist

You will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of global Employee Resource Group initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. As an important part of the Talent & Diversity team, this role will collaborate with ERG leaders, business leaders, and HR to enhance engagement, impact, and alignment of ERG efforts with the company’s broader Dexcom Equity and Inclusion objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and implement a global ERG strategy that supports the Dexcom Equity and Inclusion imperatives while encouraging employee engagement and a sense of belonging.
  • Program Management: Be responsible for the structure, governance, and operational effectiveness of ERGs across the organization, ensuring consistency and sustainability.
  • Partnership & Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact and advisor for ERG leaders, providing guidance, training, and resources to enhance ERG effectiveness.
  • Partner Engagement: Work closely to advocate for ERGs and integrate their initiatives into broader organizational priorities.
  • Funding & Resource Allocation: Support ERG leaders in managing their budgets, identify funding opportunities, and ensure equitable resource distribution to enhance impact.
  • Metrics & Impact Analysis: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of ERGs, using data to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Global Alignment: Ensure ERG efforts are inclusive of regional and cultural considerations, adapting strategies to meet the needs of diverse global employee populations.
  • Communications & Branding: Partner with internal communications teams to amplify ERG activities, success stories, and impact through various channels.
  • Events & Initiatives: Support and scale ERG-led events, programs, and campaigns that promote awareness, education, and networking opportunities.
  • Support Dexcom Equity & Inclusion Enterprise Programs: Partner closely with the Sr Manager TM, Equity & Inclusion to deliver E&I programing, supporting strategic priorities, leadership development, and inclusive workplace efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability in project management / employee engagement / people functions focused on equity and inclusion
  • Excellent partner management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with budget management and program scalability.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across time zones and teams
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being diligent, and delivering results
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Viva Engage, SharePoint, PPT, Outlook)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Travel Required:

  • Up to 10% (includes international and domestic travel)
