1. Work closely with 2nd party development studios and their ongoing projects.
2. Review project creative and game design, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs.
3. If needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization/GaaS features.
4. Investigate and provide competitor analysis and tear-down according to project needs.
5. Participate in the daily develop work in studio, provide game design suggestions, and take on execution tasks if necessary
6. Travel for EU studio visit or EU studio onsite work if necessary.
1. 5+ years of game development experience as a game designer.
2. Experience with GaaS system design.
3. Advanced or Fluent English-speaking skills.
4. Solid understanding of PC or Console game development and game market
5. Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and organization skills.
6. Passion to craft meaningful, engaging interactive experiences.
7. Experience with Shooter games is a good plus.
