Reports to
You will report to the Lead Game Designer.
What will you do?
- Apply your expertise and experience across a range of different design areas
- Help implement the vision of the game, implementing gameplay features and content
- Document design decisions
- Work with a multicultural team of designers and developers, as well as external studios
- Support and mentor others, as well as the opportunity to develop your skill set by learning from your teammates
What are we looking for?
- Experience working on “games as a service” titles and/or free-to-play titles
- Experience in creating gameplay systems and combat mechanics in Unreal Engine
- Strong knowledge of game design and game development concepts
- An excellent understanding of PvPvE multiplayer titles
- Ability to deliver designs and player experiences that support the project creative direction
- Work with your team to offer creative solutions to problems that arise as the game develops
- Collaborate with others to share techniques, ideas, and contribute to a positive working environment
- Strong initiative and sense of responsibility to increase the quality of the game
- Good documentation and communication skills
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Experience working with 3rd person PVP multiplayer titles
- Experience working with Battle Royale or Extraction Shooters
- Have experience working with multiple studios across different time zones
Work mode
Hybrid (3 days of work from the office, 2 remote)
