Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Take part in various partner projects, building end-to-end web solutions from UI to backend
Lead and contribute to development efforts across the full stack, supporting technical decision-making
Design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and best practices
Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable technical solutions
Collaborate closely with designers, customers, and fellow engineers to ensure alignment
Plan, estimate, and implement development tasks based on designs and functional requirements
Ensure timely delivery of features that meet both technical and user expectations
Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack
Identify, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high quality and performance
Support team collaboration through clear task ownership and structured workflows
Requirements
5+ years of experience in web application development, with exposure to both frontend and backend
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular or React
Strong Python development experience for building and maintaining backend services
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs or similar backend services
Experience with relational databases and ORMs (e.g. SQLAlchemy or equivalents)
Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
Experience deploying and running web applications in cloud environments
Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

Interest or experience in ML- or LLM-powered applications
User-level familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
