Role Description

As a Senior Engineer for Dropbox Sign, you will be one of the founding members of Dropbox Sign Poland Team. You’ll thrive if you love chasing customer impact, working through ambiguity, and being in a culture of innovation. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Sign US team as well cross functional partners both in US as well as in Poland to help shape, develop and ship critical features that will enhance the e-Signature experience of Sign customers.

Responsibilities

On-call work may be necessary occasionally to help address bugs, outages, or other operational issues, with the goal of maintaining a stable and high-quality experience for our customers.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of software engineering or related industry experience.
  • Familiarity with PHP and the LAMP stack highly preferred. Strong expertise in comparable languages like Python combined with a or willingness to learn will be considered.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics) or equivalent technical experience.
  • Delivered tangible results, from conceptualization to implementation, while making significant contributions to the success of the project.
  • Experience in developing web applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in building robust and scalable systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior e-signature experience.
  • Experience being a Tech lead on a team.
  • Experience mentoring other engineers.
  • Full-Stack Development.
  • Prior experience with some of the following technologies: PHP & LAMP, AWS, Linux, distributed messaging, SQL/database optimization, Doctrine caching, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Sentry, Selenium/Playwright.
Compensation

Dropbox applies increased tax deductible costs to remuneration earned by certain qualifying employees (to the extent an employee will be involved in the creation of the software as an “author”) for the transfer of copyrights, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act.

314 500 zł425 500 zł PLN
