Your role at Kittl

As part of a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and designers, you’ll contribute to creating and shaping a product that delivers real value. You’ll be joining the Monetisation team within the Product Growth department.

The Monetisation team focuses on building effective and thoughtful features that strengthen long-term engagement for graphic designers. The team is responsible for areas such as integrations, offboarding, billing, promotions, and pricing strategies.

In this role, you’ll help drive revenue growth while delivering features that keep designers engaged and supported throughout their journey with Kittl.

What you'll do

  • Deliver impactful results: Contribute significantly to high-impact, cross-functional projects that support business goals

  • Support production stability: Collaborate with our support and operations teams to investigate and resolve production issues

  • Enhance engineering practices: Help improve internal tooling, processes, and coding standards

What you’ll need

  • Development experience: At least years of professional experience in software development, with a recent focus on TypeScript, React, and Node.js (Your frontend skills are stronger than your backend)

  • Testing proficiency: Strong experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing

  • State management expertise: Deep understanding of complex application state management strategies

  • Database and ORM knowledge: Comfortable writing raw SQL; experience with ORM tools is a plus

  • Cloud and hosting: Familiarity with AWS and static hosting platforms like Vercel

  • CI/CD understanding: Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery workflows

  • Bar raiser interview with Chief of Staff, right hand to CEO (45 min)
