Superads is on a mission to become the most powerful ad analytics platform on the market. By using AI, we aim to transform how agencies and marketers analyze and act on creative data. As our growth accelerates (25% month-over-month), we’re looking for a Staff Product Engineer (Frontend) to architect the next evolution of Superads and push the boundaries of what's possible in creative analytics.

In this role, you’ll own core parts of the Superads frontend architecture, build out AI-native features, and partner closely with product, design, and data to turn insights into scalable product innovation. From building agentic workflows to experimenting with generative creative tooling, your work will shape how Superads leads the future of ad intelligence.

What you’ll do

  • Architect Superads' frontend technology stack to help evolve it into the most powerful ad analytics product in the market.
  • Design and build AI-native features that transform how agencies analyze ads, from generative-creative workflows to fully developed agentic systems.
  • Partner with product, data, and design leads to translate insights into shippable experiments and 0 to 1 features that move key metrics.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas by spinning up proofs of concept, validating with users, and scaling successful solutions into production.
  • Set ambitious goals for performance and accessibility, including Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals, and inclusive UX, and lead the team toward meeting them.
  • Contribute to product strategy by helping the team prioritize effectively and align with company objectives.
  • Safeguard maintainability through continuous integration, observability dashboards, and a "refactor as we go" mindset that keeps innovation moving fast.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior frontend level engineering role, ideally within fast-paced product teams.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript and React, along with strong hands-on experience using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and React Query.
  • Strong product and design intuition, with the ability to think holistically and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • A solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and building scalable design systems.
  • Practical experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered interfaces such as retrieval-augmented generation, AI assistants, or agentic systems is a strong advantage.
  • Python experience for backend or AI integration is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • A sense of ownership, flexibility in fast-changing environments, and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
