How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Leadership and Mentoring
- Provide technical leadership, mentor other developers and drive technical excellence by contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve the development workflow, tooling and processes.
- Development and Implementation
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js with a focus on writing clean, efficient and reusable code, focusing on both user experience and application performance.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the various members of the team (Engineering Manager, Product Management, Developers, Automation etc) to deliver high-quality products and services
Your Experience and Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 8+ year experience in software development.
- Proven experience with front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, etc)
- Strong computer science background.
- Solid knowledge of Programming methodologies and design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, high-quality code.
