We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability and defensibility of our business model. We're looking for those who can model the future and collaborate to help carry projects from conception through execution. On a typical day, you may extract insights from data, build business cases for new products, and work to design and launch pilots. You'll help establish and lead some of the most impactful programs we undertake as a company.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager who will play an integral role in building our business strategy and ensure we are making the most efficient investment and capital allocation decisions for our business. This role will partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to support strategic business and financial decisions.

  • Support key initiatives through custom modeling exercises

  • Analyze operational/financial data, uncover trends and assess current/future business risks and opportunities

  • Own models and analyses to balance growth vs. profitability

  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop new processes and policies

We’re excited about you because you'll bring…
  • 8+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company

  • Significant team management experience. Building and developing a team is something you are passionate about

  • Have experience owning budgets for major functional areas within an organization, and working with operators on day-to-day execution to hit targets

  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels within an organization

  • Have a proven ability to earn the trust of senior leaders, and influence their thinking on key strategic decisions

  • Have experience building and reviewing highly complex models, and developing a team that sets the gold standard for financial modeling. You know how to distill complex financial data into digestible outputs and analyses, for use across the organization

  • Experience managing forecasts for major departments within an organization

  • Advanced Excel, google sheets and financial modeling skills. Able to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company, and to size opportunities and build business cases for pursuing new initiatives

  • Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn). Able to manipulate large data sets, uncover hidden insights in our data, and meaningfully improve our understanding of our business through this process
